I specialize in mindfulness, yoga, & somatic practices facilitation offering gentle, body-centered experiences that support nervous system regulation, emotional grounding, & intentional rest.


My work integrates gentle yoga, mindful movement, guided meditation, breathwork, & somatic awareness practices, creating accessible, choice-based spaces where participants can reconnect with their bodies at their own pace. 


My facilitation style prioritizes safety, consent, & respect for individual limits, with an emphasis on listening to the body rather than pushing through discomfort.


My approach is informed by Somatic Experiencing principles, a body-focused framework that emphasizes awareness of bodily sensations to support the gradual release of stress & trauma-related tension. 


Practices are designed to support resilience & promote emotional & physical well-being through present-moment awareness, without 

retraumatization.


Drawing from extensive experience in therapeutic & supportive care environments, I bring a strong trauma-aware lens to her offerings, emphasizing regulation, embodiment, & a sense of safety within the body.


Optional spiritual wellness tools such as intention setting, grounding rituals, reflective practices, & intuitive awareness are offered gently & inclusively, always honoring diverse belief systems & personal comfort levels.


My intention is to create calm, welcoming spaces where participants feel supported in cultivating self-trust, embodiment, & sustainable practices they can carry into daily life.
